HI There,
My name is Anna and hope you don't mind another new person to your space. I haven't quite hit 300 yet but then again I could have with all the denial I was doing the last couple of weeks and stayed away from the scales. So I started back again trying to eat healthier and getting my mind back on track. Scary huh? When we think we are in so much control that things get out of control. Well Happy holidays everyone. I have been reading the posts since about oh say 4am this morning.
I started 3FC along time ago and it helped so much then. though I know I can't do this on my own any more. Must be that control thing again. I tend to ramble alot anyways, Have a great day Ladies. Hope you don't mind me jumping in here,. Anna

I just wanted to stop in and say
MERRY CHRISTMAS
to all who celebrate it.

I am heading off to my parent's house this morning and won't be back until Monday night.

I hope everyone is able to spend some time with their families or other loved ones and have a fantastic time!

Big to everyone . One of the best gifts I have gotten this year was finding this place, and I am so looking forward to the New Year!

Thank you Nancy and Michelle for the warm welcome. I mainly work night shift so I tend to be on the computer at odd times during the day. which works well for me. Sounds like everyone is cleaning pretty hard for monday. I get to go to the rest of the families homes for xmas, tradition, so I guess my cleaning is wayyy behind.
Okay back to laundry Anna

Happy Holidays everyone! i havent posted in awhile, but like many others on here, this month has been extremely busy! Between work and xmas, i have no time.
Things are going well for me, and the place i work is doing a "Biggest Loser" type contest starting in January. The winner will get like 1,000. i signed up yesterday and i am hoping this is really going to motivate me. I also found out that now my insurance plan will pay for lap banding; i am told i am not a candidate now,but i am so tempted! a friend of mine had it in july and she has lost 40lbs.
i am declaring 2007, the year of Kymberly and i am going to finally put myself and my health before anything else.
i wish everyone a very merry christmas, and i hope santa is good to you all
Peace

Hello everyone.

Jilly - you are awesome, I wish I could say the same about me. I think I must have gained the 16 pounds I lost just today.

I went to a Christmas party and then came home to bake cookies. Bad very bad combination. Ate everything in sight. The kids had pizza last night and it never phased me last night. I ate some soup and exercised and everything. Today though was not the same thing. It all started with a piece of butterscotch candy from See's, it is good, but not my favorite, And yet I still sat there and devoured the whole pretty little gold box....uhhh, I could kill someone (first on my list, myself) then went the chocolate, then the little bite sized pizza, the wine, the oh no I can not even remember it was such a daze, I was like in a trance.....has that ever happened to anyone???? It was like everything I put in my mouth I thought about what I was doing and that it was very very bad for my plans and goals but yet I kept on shoving things in my mouth. Why?????? I can not explain it, I had been so on plan, and so committed, that it was beginning to be second nature, but now I feel as though I will never be able to get over being fat. I am so mad at myself.

Sorry, but on a high note. Have a very Merry Christmas, Happy Hanukkah, or Happy Kwanzaa.

thanks for listening.

Terry

Morning Ladies,
Okay I am sooo procrastinating, I need to wrapp gifts today and see how far I got well, First off I am moving in to Kimberly's place of work, 1,000 sounds like a great incentive. Good luck and please keep me up dated, seriously no I won't move but wow, even my BF was impressed with that amount.
Annie, Thank you and yes what a nice time to start, I understand about vacations and I wish them well, at least I can get to know a few at first, may be a bit easier. Love the dog napping photo, I feel like that somedays.

Terry, sorry to hear about the party. THose really sneak up on a person, I can relate and especially when it seems like the food isn't a favorite I keep trying to find something else that is better. Good luck at the next party, one night can't undo all your hard work.

Erika, hey another night owl, great though I can't use the computers at work for this, wish I could but the monitor a bit to close. Thanks for the congrats although I only lost the first 6 as I got the flu last week. But I plan to keep this six pounds gone and keep going.

I currently am really interested in medifast plan or slim fast plan as I can handle the shakes and my stomach can't handle a whole lot of real foods yet any ways so since it decided to shrink a bit this week, I am going to take advantage of it. Have a great holiday everyone. Time to get to wrapping of the gifts.

Merry Christmas Chickies!

My family used the day for our actual Christmas, all but stockings, as my DH is working tomorrow. It was a lovely day and I got nice gifts. My DH got me two yoga DVD's - no excuses now! I did skip the eliptical today, but I don't mind a bit! I also ate way too much. We did the whole turkey dinner with all the trimmings and fattening chocolate pecan pie. I also don't mind that a bit. After all, it's Christmas! I'm back on track, more or less tomorrow.

Anyway, I just wanted to stop by and say "SEASON'S GREETINGS AND HAPPY HOLIDAYS TO YOU ALL!

Much love to you and yours!

Merry Christmas all my chickie friends.

Today was very relaxed. Dh and I hung out and I heated up the ham dinner that we ordered from Fred Meyers. It was pretty good. I didn't over eat or stuff myself which felt wonderful. We called lots of family to chat and watched football and then once it got dark we sat down and opened our gifts. It was very relaxed just the two of us and nice. Although I do enjoy at least on one day to have some family would be nice. Maybe next year. My Dh got me a beautiful pair of diamond earrings. I love them. I got lots of games and stuff too but another gift I got from my very best friend was so wonderful it made me cry. It is the cutest little teddy bear holding a bracelet that spells out best friends. It is darling and I love and adore it. I have never in my life gotten anything from a friend that means so much to me. I'm a silly sap I know.

I hope that everyone is having a wonderful and blessed Christmas too.
I almost forgot to mention that I haven't skipped any time exercising even today and I pray tomorrow. I am above my 100 minute exercise goal as of right now by 142 minutes. I am so excited. Just wanted to mention it. lol.
Blessings to you all,
Annie
