Ok, this is gonna sound like a bunch of twisted up mind games, but here is what I 'v e come up with...
@ WI friday night, I gained .2 lb. BUT all my clothes are bagger and I know I've lost. The thing is, I am stepping on those scales after supper each week, and I just don't feel that I am getting my acurate weight. I used to subtract 4lbs from my home scales, because the calabrated scales at the gym weighed me 4lbs lighter, and I was just so sure the scales that the gym must be right. BUT I have come to the conclusion that my home scales must have been right all a long, because they match the WW scales. SOOOOO @ the WI I was 157 @ PM, then the next morning at home, I was 155. SOOOOO For now on THe AM before WI I will weigh @ home and document that number, then at the meeting, I will weigh w/ everyone else, just to keep with the group. LOL ok, psyco babbing done.
