My name is Alexandra 35yrs old married. I would love to join your group if you still have room for one more. I decided to accept that I needed to change when my niece asked me why I liked to wear such big clothes

How do you explain to a 5yr old that you don't like what you look like.

At that moment I decided that if I didn't like me that I needed to change so I'm trying to work out and eat right but it is difficult! I work out of my home so you can imagine sitting at my desk all day isn't very active. So I'm trying to work out during the morning and then in the evenings on the treadmill

I'm currently at 180 and would like to be at 135 I'm short atleast 5'2 so you can imagine I need all the help!!
I've read all the different meal plans any suggestion?
