Hey there, Terilu! Welcome! I've just come back after being away for a year (from this site!). During that time, I gained 10 lbs. I lost 10 lbs quickly. It was great incentive to keep going. I am trying to eat reasonably. I keep track of what I'm eating on FitDay. That really helps. We are planning a trip for June 2007 as an incentive for me to keep on with the program. Are you drinking LOTS of water? I think that helps immensely. If you go to User CP, it will let you pick an avatar (pciture) and make a ticker for your weight loss in the signature section.
