Talking wayyyy new and quite unsure...
hi, i'm terilu...i'm 37, 5'5" tall and weigh in at an uncomfortable 255lbs...i am married and have two daughters, one 16 and the other 18 with my first grand baby on the way...i'm not really sure how to do anything on this site but i'm anxious to learn...i hope this will be the support i need...i have a cruse to mexico in january and i would really like to look good by then, i know i have a long way to go but i think i could be down half of the weight i am looking to loose...i am going to start my dieting off by making a menue so i can stick with it...
does anyone ever do the chat thing on here???
how can i add a picture???

Hey there, Terilu! Welcome! I've just come back after being away for a year (from this site!). During that time, I gained 10 lbs. I lost 10 lbs quickly. It was great incentive to keep going. I am trying to eat reasonably. I keep track of what I'm eating on FitDay. That really helps. We are planning a trip for June 2007 as an incentive for me to keep on with the program. Are you drinking LOTS of water? I think that helps immensely. If you go to User CP, it will let you pick an avatar (pciture) and make a ticker for your weight loss in the signature section.
