Thanks anyways.

Good morning everyone!

Getting ready for a playdate here. The little boy who's coming over isn't very good at sharing so it will be such a fun hour! Not that Alex is perfect at it, but he's a lot better. Oh well, we'll see how it goes.

Lisa: You should go ahead and apply! You never know, they may be willing to train. Good luck.

26 days!

Nope, just clean! We were gonna try and go down the shore for a day, but it's not happening. MIL's bday is Saturday, so we'll probably go over there for the afternoon and dinner...personally I'd rather go down the shore!

DH's firm has an office space that they use as warehouse space to store some old files. They are giving up the space, so DH has been over there archiving the boxes to go to the other warehouse. There's a fridge and a couple credenzas in the conference rooms that are tagged for trash, so DH & I are taking them. The fridge will be a good extra for the garage. One of the credenzas will go in our living room for toy storage, with the TV on top. We don't think the other one will fit. It will be good though, because they have doors and they're low, just 2 shelves. We have to go pick them up tonight though.

Hope everyone has an awesome weekend!

No special plans here. There's a Cinema Cafe here (Lauren: Dunellen) that we are going to try out. It's 22.75 for two movie tickets a large pizza and a pitcher of soda. And Alex's ticket will be $4. We think that "Over The Hedge" is playing, but we have to find out for sure. I think it will be fun and that Alex will like it.

We might go up to the resort in PA for a little golf and hang out at the lake. We will have to see how things go.

Lauren: Cool on the furniture and stuff. Have fun cleaning!!

Hope everyone is having a super day.

No real plans here. We'll probably have mom, mil, sister, and neice over for a cook out on Monday. It is supposed to be beautiful here. I will do chicken for me (and maybe mil since she started ww too) and burgers and dogs for everyone else. And of course lots of veggies and maybe a fruit salad. Lots of healthy stuff though. That's the advantage of having things at my house. I choose the menu.

Karen, Ricky is the one not so good at sharing. I just discovered that he has no social skills when I babysat another child (2 yo). He wasn't so good about sharing his toys. I had a number for a play group for him since about January and finally called the other day. It's called mom's mornign out. It is every Tuesday from 9:15 - 11:45. There is one lady there all the time and the moms take turns staying with the kids. I think it will be good for him to be with other kids since right now the only kids he's really around are mine and they are 13 and 14.

WI tomorrow! I'm actually looking forward to it this time. I have been weighing every day and I think I should be down at least 2 lbs this week! The stress is gone (for the most part) and things are back to normal (whatever that is lol).

Make it a great day eveyone!!

Tsk, tsk, Molly...WI everyday!! My mom usually has the family over on Memorial Day, but everyone is busy this year, so it's just us, and my grandparents, of course.

Karen, never heard of a cinema cafe, sounds cool! Alex will LOVE Over The Hedge. DH & Peter went last week to a special preview sponsored by their warehouse and they both loved it!

Well, we are going to the movies tonight! Lauren: I hope he likes it. I'm making him take a nap this afternoon so maybe he won't be grumpy during the show. I don't think he will since we will be eating at the same time.

Now, I'm very confused. Does it make a huge difference if you weigh after lunch as opposed to after breakfast? You've already eaten and it's not on an empty stomach either way. Today at the endo's office I'd lost 3! pounds. The only difference this time was that it was after breakfast and last time it was after lunch. Oh well, my ketones are behaving so he didn't gripe at me and the wench from the diabetes center didn't call me after I faxed my sheet over. I guess things are going OK!

Only 25 days to go!

Hello ladies,
We have no major plans. DH is on vacation starting yest. and we recieved our new living room furniture today.....Its sooooo pretty! I spent most of yest and part of today cleaning the carpets and rearranging. Feels like a new house. I know I've burned a butt load of calories yest and today. Monday I plan to weigh should be good.

Karen, I wanna go to the movies! We used to go all the time B4 the baby, now its just a hassle to get a sitter (usually MIL). Hope it was fun!
Lauren, congrats on the free stuff...gotta love it!
Molly, Hope your weigh in was all you expected!

See ya later gaters!

I know Lauren I shouldn't but I do. I am not a person who likes surprises and if I only weighed in once a week, I'd be nuts! LOL I don't think I could do it.

Soooo I just couldn't wait til Mon and weighed today....Down 2 more! I'm offically in the 230's. Not exactly where I want to be but a **** of an improvement. Weird thing, I look in the mirror and feel I look exactly the same as before. I've never been quite this heavy, maybe thats a factor.

Stevi, it might also be that you are looking at yourself every day and dont notice the small changes. I'm sure that if your friends notice, that maybe the proof that you need (oh and the scales too).

Karen, How did you like the movie. I want to see it really bad, but have to wait for it to get to the cheaper cinemas. I love the trailers for it! - They crack me up every time.
