Hi everyone!! I am new to this site but I LOVE IT I have found so much helpful info on this site. I just wanted to introduce myself. I am 30 , the mother of a 5 year old boy and trying hard to lose weight. I have been married 7 years and I am trying hard not to strangle him. jk I love him dearly.

Deb - I am 30 as well. I have a 4 year old and a 1 year old, both boys. I will be married to my husband for 6 years in June. He might be getting a job in Houston this fall. We'll know if he does in June. We really want him to get the job so he can finally get out of the Army. Neither of us have ever been to Houston before. It seems like a great place to live.

I'm struggling right now with a plateau, but am doing fairly well, I guess despite that. I'm sure there are areas I can improve on. But doesn't everyone have those areas?
