Breakfast
oatmeal = 2
sugar = 1
hb egg = 2

Lunch
spinach salad = 0
lf parmesan = 1
ww cheese soup = 1
crackers = 1
pumpkin cake = 6

Snack
fruit = 1

Dinner
primavera = 8
corn = 1
crescent roll = 3

Snack
cake = 4

Daily total = 31
flex balance = 35-7=28
activity balance = 5

potatoes & brocolli = 3

Snack
cake = 4

Daily total = 28
flex balance = 28-4=24
activity balance = 5
