Jawsmom--I am with U on the goal of 1.5 per week..I want to be where I want to be by K's birthday in December...I do like the "angel wings" terminology!!! I have a great arm excercise--Stand up--extend arms--pick up your child and teach them the concept of UP and Down while demonstrating..It will help the shoulders and biceps!!!
