lf parm = 1
turkey = 2

banana = 2

dinner
brown rice = 4
roast = 4

snack
snickers = 6

daily total = 30
flex balance = 35-6=29

corn = 1
bread = 2
pasta = 4
sauce = 6

snack
pie = 6

daily total = 29.5
flex balance = 29-5.5=23.5
