I thought I already had a journal going here, but couldn't find it.

wednesday 1/7/04

exercise
45 min weights & abs
90 min tennis

breakfast
oatmeal = 2
sugar = .5
berries = .5
bacon = 2

lunch
lean cuisine = 6
banana = 2

dinner
pizza = 12
crackers = 12

daily total = 37
week bank = +6

Rabbit, did you notice that the boards were down? They lost everything and had to restore from a saved backup from Nov.!

Thanks for the info Lauren. I noticed there was old stuff and wondered what happened to everything.

thursday

1 hr tennis

breakfast
oatmeal = 2
sugar = .5

lunch
banana = 2
salad = 0
tuna = 2
bread = 1
cheese = 12

*reflections ~ sigh. I have done the same things the last 2 days and have let my self get to a point where I was starving. Not a good idea.

dinner
veggie soup = 2
crackers = 1

snack
popcorn - 2
skinny cow = 2

daily total = 29
week bank = +6
