Ideally I want a loss but to hang on to the 140s for more than a few days would be a welcome change for the month. I'll try to move my 2:30 snack to later in the day so it's more like dinner and I won't feel like my stomach is eating itself for nourishment at night.

Overall, a successful month. No plateau. Reached new lows. Surpassed my goal by .6 lbs.
Initially I thought if I just eat less (2 meals + snack) then I'd starve weight off by cutting out a meal. Then I discovered if I had breakfast and dinner and put my snack in the middle then it was easier to sustain. Then I had a realization. On days I ate less meat (usually because I was eating more Halloween candy) I'd drop more weight the next morning, so I started having meat only during breakfast and having an egg instead of meat during dinner. I don't love eggs but I've learned to like them more in recent years. I usually eat meat 2 or 3 meals a day. Cutting back on meat is probably the only reason I saw a loss this month. I want to get some organic eggs and keep up the pattern next month. I never did try the no carb breakfast/higher carb dinner approach. Maybe I will if the meat thing stops working for me.

Hana1231, nothing wrong with a little healthy competition, though you will probably leave me in the dust. I haven't been able to lose much weight this year. They say the last 10 lbs is hard, but the last 20 has been kicking my butt.
