Starting a couple of days late. The end of the Jan was great but now I have a gained a few.

1/15=255.5 This has to be from me being sick and taking a ton of meds and fluids bc I am eating really well and still trying to believe that you can sweat out a cold so working out like crazy. Its still extremely frustrating

1/30=250. Ok, this is mega frustrating. I have been doing amazing with food and exercise and my scale is not reflecting in pounds. When it does, I believe it is just being wonky. The only thing that I can attribute is that my strength is improving. By body fat on scale is going down and I feel like I look on the thinner side, but I want the numbers in wt to go down too. I guess this weekend, I need to take a photo to keep me motivated. really results are the only thing that motivate me.

Whatever, I have gotten so many damn compliments and my trainer told me to stop obsessing with the lbs. I am hearing him, but I am still gonna weigh myself everyday. See ya guys at February weigh ins.....lol
