I know it's soooo much easier to say than do, but try not to get discouraged. You could be retaining water from TOM (at any point in your cycle, remember!) or your crazy gym sessions might be messing with your body and it'll level out and you'll drop a lot in next weeks. If you're going hard at the gym and watching your eating, it has to level out soon! If you're hungry all the time though, you might even need to eat a little more to lose. Maybe some healthy snacks like banana after the gym or such?
As for me, I'm starting back to the gym this week hopefully as hard as it sounds you already are! Here's to hoping we're both out of the 150s soon, girl!
