I use the My Fitness Pal app. I recently got a Fitbit Zip and have it synced with the My Fitness Pal app, which is convenient. I like logging my food in My Fitness Pal because it has the most comprehensive food database of all the apps I've ever used, so I don't have to add custom foods very often. Plus, I can scan foods into my food diary. I also use the Map My Fitness app sometimes. I like that it tracks my walking routes, how many miles per hour I've walked, how much distance, etc. I use it when I'm walking an unfamiliar route so I don't under- or overdo it. I have the Spark Recipes app that I use some weeks when I'm planning my healthy meals for the week. And, of course, there's the iP Free app...like others on this thread, I like to have the reminders pop up when I'm due, so I can avoid the scale that week and not get discouraged.
