Well I did weigh in on Tues AM I just haven't had a chance to get on line since then. But I am happy to say that I was down 2.5 lbs!!!!!!
Now after the week I've had let's hope I don't gain it all back next week
LBH - I'm with Rabbit: Let's get back on track!!!!
Rabbit - How was your WI this week????
Everyone Else - Where are you? How's it going????
Start 5/27: 242.5 Goal 7/1: 238 and 3 days of exercise per week Week #1: 242.0 and only walked once
Week#2: 239.5 but only exercised twice, I did greatly increase my activity though so I think that helped
Well this week didn't go as well as last, I've had a headache that just won't quit so have been choosing poorly, plus I went from having little to do to having LOADS to do, and let not forget AF is due next week.
OK excuses, excuses... I gained 1.5 lbs this week and didn't formally exercise at all I guess I deserved it.
I WILL GET BACK ON TRACK THIS WEEK!
I WILL JOURNAL AND DRINK MY WATER!
I WILL EXERCISE AT LEAST 3 TIMES!!!!!
Saying all that here are my stats:
Start 5/27: 242.5 Goal 7/1: 238 and 3 days of exercise per week Week #1: 242.0 and only walked once
Week#2: 239.5 but only exercised twice, I did greatly increase my activity though so I think that helped
Week#3: 241.0 ; didn't exersise at all
Leaves me with 3 lbs in 2 weeks
I can't believe 4th of July is next week already Time sure does fly (I won't say when you're having fun).
Anyway, have been super busy the last couple of weeks and haven't exercised at all and now my doctor has told me I have to or he'll have to put me on medicine so..... I'm down a half pound this week and started TOM today so if I behave myself next week should be better.
Start 5/27: 242.5 Goal 7/1: 238 and 3 days of exercise per week Week #1: 242.0 and only walked once
Week#2: 239.5 but only exercised twice, I did greatly increase my activity though so I think that helped
Week#3: 241.0 ; didn't exersise at all
Week#4: 240.5 and again no exercise
Leaves me with 2.5 lbs in a week hmmmmm
I know I said this last week but it bears repeating:
I WILL GET BACK ON TRACK THIS WEEK!
I WILL JOURNAL AND DRINK MY WATER!
I WILL EXERCISE AT LEAST 3 TIMES!!!!!
LBH - hang in there and focus we can do this I know we can.
Rabbit - welcome back and hope the scale gods are freindly at WI.
Hi everyone Sorry I haven't been around lately but I have been sick and had issues with my tooth again and ended up having it pulled On the up side I am feeling really good and seem to have finally got my weight loss going again. I also made some changes in my diet which really have helped. I was stalled at 161/162 since Memorial day, up 1-2 pounds. I have now finally got down to 158.5!!!! YEAH!!!! So that is 1 1/2 pounds to my five pound goal. Don't know if I will make it to the 5 pound mark by July 4th but I am off to a good start
Hey guys, I am up for a Labor Day challenge. I am feeling really good and think I finally found what works for me! The best results since I started in January. I had gained 2 pounds back after Memorial Day and am now down 4 at 158. I also measured and lost 1/2 bust, 1 inch waist, 1 inch hips for a total of 2.5 inches, all in 1 1/2 weeks Feels good. I still have a few days left and don't know if I will make 155 but I am ok with that I think I set my inch goals on 3 so I am pretty close. I am now able to get into some of my size 12 pants!!
Gosh a Labor Day challenge makes it seem like summer's almost over and it just started . It's amazing how much faster the years seem to go the older I get. But anyway...Count me in.
Anyway, here are my final stats for this challenge:
Start 5/27: 242.5 Goal 7/1: 238 and 3 days of exercise per week Week #1: 242.0 and only walked once
Week#2: 239.5 but only exercised twice, I did greatly increase my activity though so I think that helped
Week#3: 241.0 ; didn't exersise at all
Week#4: 240.5 and again no exercise
Week #5: 239.0 and minimal exercise
Well not too bad I lost 3.5 lbs over 5 weeks but I didn't exercise hardly at all. Although I have upped my activity considerably with going back to work (I walk almost a mile out to the sights I work). So I guess that helped.
RR - Yea on the loss over the challenge!! Even if it wasn't all you wanted to loose it was better than a gain.
Ellie - Yea on your getting back on track!! And the loss of inches and lbs.
