Hello Everyone,
Sorry I haven't been around for a while. I had a big gain, which I've proceeded to loose but I just can't seem to get focused. I didn't meet either of my goals (my deadline was Tues 5/13 since we're leaving on vacation this weekend).
My goal was:
Start: 243.8 lbs
Goal 5/14 : 233.8 lbs plus average 3 walks per week
Actual 5/13 = 242.5 and averaged 2 walks per week
Oh well I am thinner than when I started and I have been exercising some. So that's better than usual
.
Congratulations to all the loosers and to everyone who stuck with the challenge even if they didn't make they're original goal.
