from today forward i plan to weigh biweekly on sun and thurs. i used to weigh daily and i've decided that isn't the best approach for me personally.
and on my 1st biweekly weigh-in I'm down another pound. I'll take that as a good omen.
diet and exercise is going great. this is my strongest and best week to date since starting.
this week coming up is going to be a difficult week for me. lots of bday celebrations going on and i'll be away from home. away from my pool and treadmill. away from my routine. wish me luck!
