Hi Everyone!

Thought I'd come over here and join all of you! I just turned 30 in September and while I dreaded it, it has actually been a true blessing because my life has finally started to come together.

Hi! Nice to meet you! I think you're right and I do feel like I have a second chance do things over or at least make them right. I promised myself I would not turn 30 and be so heavy and unhealthy and here I am staying true to myself. Who knew a number could be so powerful! So here's to being 30 and loving it!

That's awesome!!! Congrats!!! I wish my mom would do the same, she smokes 2 to 3 packs a day, has already had surgery because she had 90% blockage in her arteries and now has to have it done all over again because she refuses to quit. I told her the other day she had better start planning her funeral and I will not be attending.

Did you quit cold turkey?
