A big loss this week - my five year old son was in pediatric intensive care and I could barely leave the room. He wasn't allowed to eat so I ate very little.

He is home now and much better! :D

Hey all - so sorry, on holiday, no Internet access (camping in October - brr!!) but weight on Mon was:

196 / +1 / 197

I'm not exactly thrilled about this, but I know why - holiday plus PMS etc. Not back from hols till Sat, so not expecting anything huge then either, but am sticking with it and will certainly make up for it in weeks to come!!

This represents previous weight/date of weigh in/weight loss/current weight. Hopefully, this is correct. I do understand that weekly my numbers should look like this: previous weight/loss/current weight, however, I'm back dating so want to be clear with dates.

so ur starting weight would look like: 195.4/0/195.4 (u have to start at zero)
and monday's weigh-in would look like 195.4/-.8/194.6

does that make sense?

Our "Starting Weight" weigh in was 10/4 so I have yours at 195.4. For week 1 - on 10/11 - I have you down at 194.6 for a loss of .8, and a total loss so far of .8.

We are all just starting out - so you are doing great!!

Since my weigh-in day was already on Mondays...I thought I had to count my loss from the previous week...but since we only started on Monday (10/4/10), my weight on that day would be my start weight...ok..got it!:)

Wow...that stinks...cuz I just had a whooosh the prior week and 10/11 was my TOM week...lol! That's ok...guess I'm just gonna have to work harded to get those numbers down!:carrot: Off to the gym...better get crackalackin...it's a nasty wet rainy thunder and lightening day in my neck of the woods..so no outdoors today:( See ya'll on Monday and thanks again:)

I'm seriously over gaining for a second straight week. I don't know if this is because I am PMSing, I've started strength training or that I've changed my diet (I'm going back to what worked!) but dang it, I'm overhauling everything. I'm going to the doctor today so maybe he will have an idea.
I'm also coming off day 9 of insomnia and day 5 of a headache and none of my meds are working. UGH. I hate feeling this way!

As someone who suffers from both extreme PMS and migraines and the occasional bout of insomnia (isn't being a woman GRAND) ..I feel your pain!
I know that for me, LOTS of water helps both situations. If helps is a good word, more like, makes me not want to rip my head off!

I don't know what your diet is like generally, but I know that my migraines are PMS and diet triggered. Nothing I can do about the PMS ones unfortunately, but the diet ones yeah.

Good luck and I am sure that things will turn around :)
