Starting weight this challenge 168.2 ... Ladies send some :goodvibes: my way. I think I need something to stop me from eating I had one of these spells before and this is crazy. Last Monday I was 166.8 I was so hoping to see 165 again, but I know I must do better.

It looks like a bunch of us are recommitting and getting going after the harsh reality of the scale! I'm so glad I'm not alone!! :D
I was whining to DH, and he was kind enough to remind me the really yummy london broil he made last night, that I only had a few ounces of, had a primarily soy sauce marinade :o That gives me heart that it might be sodium. It was really good though!! |
232.4 I am down almost 10 pounds from last week yay, but I'm sure its because I have been sick and the sight of food turns my stomach. Hopeing I can maintain this lost.
