I know most of you aren't participating in this, but I'm going to keep posting it because it helps me stay on track! Of course, I didn't exactly stay on track this week, and I gained 0.8. Ugh. I really have to get it together. I'm sooooo off track for all my short-term and long-term goals. I've had to reassess those goals and accept that it might take a bit longer than I'd hoped. Sigh... Oh well, as long as I get this weight off for good, I don't care how long it takes.
