My name is Michelle I used to be a member here a long time ago and I am returning my heaviest weight EVER
Im married to a US Army Ranger im a mother to 5 ages 20,19,18,14,3
I am a SAHM and im 37
I weighed in this morning and lost 5 lbs in 5 days
Im doing the Tosca Reno Eat Clean Diet but what it breaks down to is living a whole food life style as much as Budget and stores will allow

Welcome! I was a member here a long time ago too and lost a ton of weight then regained most of it with pregnancy. So I'm doing it again!

Congratulations on your loss -- that's fantastic!

I'm a SAHM too, but I just have one kid! He's almost 2. Oh, and I'm 38, so we're close in age too! It seems like I remember your name from when I used to hang out on 3FC a few years ago!

Welcome. My Dad, Gpa, and GGpa were Army, but I married Navy. Tell your Hubby that we are proud of him for his service!

HOLEY MOLEY! Lol! How do you do it? I have my hands full with JUST one. My son is just about 17 months old. I plan to eventually have another one. I am 31. Married. Work full time. (blah!)

I don't know anything about the diet you are doing, but I am trying to eat more whole foods and less packaged stuff. (I made some soup yesterday - I made the veggie stock myself and everything!) I am trying new things like barley, quinoa, asparagus and kale and finding that there are lots of yummy healthy foods out there I never knew about!

I really, REALLY love this 30-Something forum!!!!

My name is Hope, age 35, SAHM to 3 children (Olivia-age 8, Angelina-age 5 & Daniel-age 2). I also posted daily on here years ago, but stopped when I became pregnant with my son. But, I'M BACK with a vengeance! I'm also easing back into the SuperFoods/whole foods thing and walking/jogging to lose this weight.

So happy to meet all of you guys!

im a sahm for a year (on maternity leave) an loving it, the best job! ... So while i have this time i am plodding along with my weight loss/lifestyle change...
