Ok, check this out...no lie :
Yesterday: one hour running, 45 minutes weight training, 30 minutes elliptical, 30 minutes swimming, and in the evening one hour spin class. 3 hours and 45 minutes

Today: 45 minutes spin class (Slacking I know. )

TOTAL: 4.5 hours or 270 hours

Default I did an hour

I managed to do an hour this morning, however, I was running a bit late... waking up at 4:30 is hard when you have a full time job and five kids ... does it get any easier.

I just started back to the gym this week after taking a lazy break the last few months and gaining 20lbs back... uhhhh... I wish I could stay on track...

One day at a time...
