Hi! I thought it would be nice to have a weekly weigh-in thread where we can (if we wish) post our results for the week. This really motivated me back when I was in the 100 lb club forum a few years ago. I'm starting it on a Friday simply because that's my weigh-in day (and it's today), but you can just visit the thread on your "official" weigh-in day and let us know how you did. That way, we can congratulate you on your losses and sympathize when you have a gain. Or we can be really good friends and tell you that your scale must be broken and you actually lost weight.
I'll start things off with a bang and tell you that I lost 3.8 pounds this week! Yahoo!
