Post Back on track......

So its been a few (several) days since I said much, or did much here. I have been veering slowly off track, so I came here to see if I left my motivation behind last time I posted here . I did my exercising for the first time in 5 days, trying to get back on track before i get way to far off. Maybe I just need a to get me back on the right track.

Here you go... It is so hard to stay on track!!!!! I have been awful with my exercise, but eating is going good. I hope that you get that "get up and go" back soon. It is so hard to keep going when it is not here. You can do it!!!!!

I know how you are feeling, I have been veering off track for a few weeks. I have been trying to get back on track and the warmer weather we have been having is making me feel like summer will be here sooner than it should so I need to get back on track and be ready for it this time!

Hehe thank you! .. Yeah the weather here has been nicer too, to nice for the time of year it seems. we can get back on track together
