Hi Guys,
I have been doing well with my eating and exercise.....I was wondering if anyone wanted to have a little friendly challenge? Maybe lose 5 pounds before the end of March, or run or walk to a certain "place"? My sisters and I did that a few years ago--we logged all of our miles until we had run/walked to Las Vegas, then we actually went there and had a mini-break. It was so much fun to earn our trip with exercise!
Would anyone be up for doing something like that?
