FINALLY somewhere I can confess- I am supposed to be doing nutrisystem..did really well on my first 2 weeks, but had deeeelicious sangria with dinner tonight....started having the wine again on Valentines.
I guess my wake up call to get back on track will be when I start trying on wedding dresses next month :P

I steered away from valentines stuff; my hubby and I don't "do" Valentines Day. Then, the Girl Scout cookies came in.
I had 4 thin mints last night. The sad thing is that on my iPhone app to track my calories (Lose it!), they actually have them logged into their database. Oh well, I think I'm done with them anyway.

Girl scout cookies are evil! Last week I was completely off the band wagon. I made chocolate chip cookies and at dough telling myself I wouldn't have cookies...then I ate some cookies. After they were gone, I at some chocolate chips! Pathetic, I know!

I ordered some GS cookies too. Haven't got them yet. I think I will take them to work and leave them in the break room. They will be gone in a matter of minutes and I won't have to think about them.

Hmmm, well I guess I should confess I had a McD's cheese burger last night and it was within my calorie limit, and the DH wanted to take me to ice cream... I only did it because it makes him happy THEN I went right to bed after eating it... :'(

Melo - the "healthy alternative" is usually iceberg lettuce salad with nothing good in it. YUKKY. I have places around me where I can get healthy food though. I got chicken kabob salad. MMMMM,
