Default Ideal Protein Diet
Hello..I am new to this...but I heard it's cool so here I am!! Anyone on the Ideal Protein Diet?? I started 1 week ago..lost 7.5 lbs and can't even believe how easy it's been!!! NEVER ate asparagus, spinach or portabello mushrooms until I started this...so maybe the name "Picky Nicky' will soon not fit me!!=)

Anyway, just seeing how you like it & any new ideas/recipes??!

I've never heard of that diet...it sounds interesting...is there a webpage?

There are threads under the "other reduced carb diets" heading in diet central-carb counters. Go there and you will find lots of information and support.

I have been doing IP for 2 months and have lost 35lbs. I love it!!!!!
