    HI !!
    I am Chris..32..almost 33 yrs old..SAHM to 4 boys..oldest is almost 15 and my youngest is 2..
    Of course I am stressed out....
    I am wanting to lose 25 pounds for ME... I want to feel great inside and out !!!
    Hope to make some great friends !!!

    A SAHM to 4 boys...I'd say you have the most important/hardest job in the world! (I have 2 boys and they keep me hopping!) You definitely deserve to do good things just for you!

    Welcome!!! I am a sahm also. I have a son who will be 4 in April. Can't imagine keeping up with 4 kids!! This is a great place to be with lots of support!!!!!

    I also stay home with kids. We have 4 of our own and I take 2 daycare kids. I home school our 6th and 2nd grader, and we have a 2yr old and a 9mo old.
