C'mon ladies, it's last chance workout time!

We can do better than we did last week! Let's get moving!!! Whose gonna join me in a killer one today?

I've got on tap for myself...

1. Jillian Michaels Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism --40min of Cardio
2. BL Cardio Max-Levels 1&2 --30 Min of Cardio
3. BL Power Sculpt Levels 1&3-- 30 Min of Scupting

That's a one hour forty minute workout! Let's have a better week four!

Now GET MOVING!!!!!

Yes Ma'am!!!

I have already been sweating. It's hard work to have a snow ball fight and trudge around in the snow!.

My plan is to do BL Cardio Max level 1, and JM NMTZ Ab and Core workout this afternoon. That will put me at an hour of exercise for the day.

Too bad its Monday here already. I did my workout all day yesterday by cleaning the house up. Saturdays and Sundays are my "days off" from doing gym work, though I'm constantly on the move at home and I have a 2 1/2 hour karate class on Saturday.

Enjoy the last part of your weekend!! We have a long weekend here, but I'll still be going to the gym in an hour or so.

I'm headed downstairs soon for mine:

Treadmill - alternate 2min run then 3min walk for 40min total
Weights - upper body and abs, 10 exercises 15reps each for 15min

Woot, woot - kicking BUTT on week 4!!

I finished mine! 50 minutes later- 35 minute run, 15 minute bike.
