Yikes, that's a lot going on in your life. I'm flaking tonight my leg hurts from yesterday so I'm taking a 1 day break.

back on track - report
Wed: 45 min ellip and stretch
Thurs: 30 min and stretch
Goal Friday: 30 min and upper free weights, stretch
(I dislike stretching)
Away sat, sun, mon but will try to do outdoor walking etc etc.

today I did 30 elip. not sure of the plan for tomorrow or the weekend but I'm going to try to kick it up a notch. Have a great day buddy
