New to this forum. I joined the community forever ago- and didn't keep up. I am 35, just lost 20 pounds- then seemed to lose my motivation. Planning to add exercise- now that the kids are back in school. Long term goal is 61 more pounds, short term goal is 15 more in the next 2 months- before vacation.
This seems like a great group- look forward to getting to know everyone better- and to your advice/support.
