I'm back too. I'm taking it kind of easy this week just trying to get back into the swing of things so my goal is to just make it to the gym each morning for at least an hour.
Monday - Holiday, doesn't count
Tuesday - 30 min treadmill, 40 min weights
Wednesday - 65 min treadmill
Thursday - 30 min elliptical, 40 min weights
Friday - 60 min treadmill
5/29, my body is in shock from lifting weights after being away for two weeks. I'm looking forward to a long soak in the tub and some rest on my massage mat tonite!! What sucks is I'm going to get back into this and then it will be time for our vacation to Ohio for 2 weeks. After that I should be home for awhile.
