Ok, it is getting hard for me to keep up with where your posts are, so I am joining you guys where you are.

I am changing when I do my exercise, and I think I am going to break it up into two sessions, aerobic exercise and stretching in the morning, and anaerobic exercise and stretching before bed.

Week 3: M ___ T ___ W ___ Th ___

5/8 - I injured my shoulder by pushing myself further than I should have in exercise. So I am taking the day off of exercise, but I will go back to it tomorrow.

5/9 - I skipped again. I had to go to the dr. to check out what is wrong with me. Need to revamp my plan anyway.

HI! Me again.

My plan for this week is to walk & do weights Tues - Fri. Get atleast 30 minutes of exercise over the weekend. Go to my yoga class.

Well, I am now beginning my 2nd three weeks of exercise, and I have to admit, that it is becoming more and more of my routine. And even though I blew it last week, I am not giving up. I want to re-do the stretching part of my exercise this week, and also start walking to the park some.

Week 4: M ___ T ___

12/14: I have injured my hip over the past two days from using a stair step that is too high. I guess I will have to take off a day or two. I will use this time to work on my stretching exercises.

Where is everyone?? Sorry for being MIA for so long. We can do this!

OK, new goals to get me going:
Tues - just slapped on the old pedometer. Already out of the house and at work, but better late than never. Goal = 10,000 steps.

Wendes - 10,000 steps, with part of them being used to run/walk a mile.

I'm back. I am not exercising today, but I am committing to exercise begining tomorrow. I will go back to what I was doing before, but a little more carefully.

Week 5: M ____ T ____

5/29 - I was sick in bed, I think that excuses exercise. I ate something bad, and spent the day in sheer agony!!!

I'm back too. I'm taking it kind of easy this week just trying to get back into the swing of things so my goal is to just make it to the gym each morning for at least an hour.

Monday - Holiday, doesn't count
Tuesday - 30 min treadmill, 40 min weights
Wednesday - 65 min treadmill
Thursday - 30 min elliptical, 40 min weights
Friday - 60 min treadmill

5/29, my body is in shock from lifting weights after being away for two weeks. I'm looking forward to a long soak in the tub and some rest on my massage mat tonite!! What sucks is I'm going to get back into this and then it will be time for our vacation to Ohio for 2 weeks. After that I should be home for awhile.

5/31, sorry you're feeling bad lys. I hope you're all better soon.

Yeay!!! Good job guys. I did 1 mile today - mostly running, but a little walking. Will try to run the whole thing by the end of the week.
