As for the c25k, it's a program that gets you from walking to jogging a full three miles in about 9 weeks...I'm going to give it a try soon, I used to run (about 20 years ago, lol!!) and would love to get back to it. Hurt my ankle a few weeks ago & not ready to run on it yet. Let me know if you decide to do it, we can encourage each other!! There is a like to it in one of the threads from last week.
