Hi all,
I am new to the site (first day) and I am in need of some help- my family just booked a cruise for June and I am about 35 pounds overweight. I don't want to be model thin- just look decent in a bathing suit. I don't believe in fast weight loss - my opinion is that if you want it you need to work for it. But I am not sure if I can attain a 35 pound weight loss in 6 months -am I being realistic???
Tell ya what,,, I kick you in the hind end if you do the same for me Our goal is about the same... Iam trying with treadmill, and controlled eating( have habbit of over eating) , also more water, no food after 7 pm, Hoping
that will do it ....
