i find several different things i like
1. If you have a white mild fish (usually a mahi, snapper) i like to pour fresh salsa (usually i find it in the produce section or make my own)...even a fruit salsa works beautifully. i bake it in the oven at 350 for 20 or so min until the fish flakes with a fork.
Another thing i do with the above fish is drizzle with a small amount of oilve oil and citrus juice (orange or lemon), then add any sort of combo of herbs (fresh always work best but dry will work). Some you can try are oregano and basil.
2. I love tuna. I get sushi grade tuna and spread dijon mustard on both sides then coat all sides with poppy seeds. I then place on either a really hot pan or grill and cook until desired doness (i like mine raw on inside). My friend told me this recipe and he calls it "tuna take your pants off"...you make it for the one you love..and the pants will come off LMAO
Another combo that's great with tuna is mix soy sauce (about 1 cup) and 1/4 cup honey together...pour over tuna then douse with sesame seeds and cook on hot grill or pan.
good luck.
