Hello everyone. Busy am here, it was shopping day. Alex is grounded from the playroom so I had to shop with him . I'm going to have to find another consequence when he acts up in there, this one punishes me! It takes me longer when he "helps" .

I have not been prticularly good lately. I have to get back on the wagon. Exercise has been non'existent too. I'm working on getting Cassie to nap in her crib so I can have some me time to either walk on the treadmill or do a video. It's hard to do either with a 10 month old hanging from a boob (sorry Rooster!).

Emmasmom and Elisa: We are glad to have you here!

Lauren: Maybe you should check out some scuba gear!! I'm getting worried about you up there. I'm glad that things aren't that bad down here.

Gotta go!! Lunch is beeping. to everyone I missed!

Michelle, when is/was her actual due date?

Karen, thankfully our house/street are not flooded out, it's just everywhere around our area! Today I saw this house off the side of Rt. 80 that is for sale...it's in a flood zone...the water was about an inch or two up the For Sale sign!! Which is what, a foot or 2 off the ground?

ME???? DRINK MOUNTAIN DEW??? ME??? RU KIDDING...NEVER TOUCH THE STUFF, NO THIS IS JUST ME, NORMAL ME.....HAHAAAAAA.

Oh, allright. Yes, I've been drinking a bit more caffeine than usual. I have been starting off with coffee and then switching to Walmart brand Dew mixed with lemon water. Sooooo, I'm not really cheating too bad! You ladies are so funny pickin' on me about that! That's why I love ya!

Lisa: The crazy thing is-I soooooo do not like anyone to even say "Good Morning" to me in the am. I'm like, just start talking to me, don't get into the chit-chat, not interested...so it's really weird that I'm able to manage peppy!

Emmasmamma: Ok, she is soooooo cute. I mean, what a little doll! Her hair looks perfectly styled-soooo adorable.

Michelle: Oh boy, another rough night? Hang in there!!!

Karen K: LOL on the "feeding the baby" image. Nevertheless, here is a little of what ya need on the exercising:

HI HANNA! Yeehaw on gettin' out there and walkin' the poochies today!

Sheila: I have never been called a kick in the pants before and I LIKE IT! Yeah, I think really most people would rather GIVE me a kick in the pants because I'm so overly hyper and anal about getting a LOT done in sooo little time (here @ work). Thank you for the compliment. If you were a single guy, you'd be mine! OKKKKKKK.....OKKKKKKKK....just kidding all.

BTW-GG- Where the heck is my man? Maybe you can send one to me from the new home!!! Yeah, GREAT IDEA, Melinda. C'mon guuuurl, help a sista out man! Ok, and this is for Lauren- once my thyroid meds kick in...WATCH OUT...I'm gonna be wranglin' up them there snakes and well.....

Michelle B.: Does the Zyrtec make her tired? That's what I was worried about when I got put on allergy meds. I can't stand droning along in a daze.... I take Allegra & Flonase 2x per day every day....it's just nuts....dust mites, who knew?

Kirsten: Yeehaw on the nap!!!

Has anyone heard from Kerri?

Ok all......and ROO will appreciate this one....I'm off to spend the rest of my day today and tomorrow helping my coworker do HER job since she's too busy checking her personal ads every hour to get things done...and went crying to the supervisor to get help. Yeah, so I busted booty to get my stuff done a day early so once again, MO can pick up the pieces! Oh, I know.....waaaaaaa.................................

Bye All!!!

Greetings All ~

Melinda, you are tooooo much Girl. I love your posts! I can't help but chuckle each time I read one.

This kid is really trying to get back on track. I've been bad about eating/not exercising. I just need to stop and start paying more attention to what I'm putting in my mouth. I know that it's stress eating with the house but it needs to STOP. I'm getting my buns out of bed tomorrow morning to walk. YES I AM. I need a good kick in the pants to get me back on track.

Things seem to be falling in place with the house. Today our house was inspected and tomorrow morning we're having our new home inspected. I'm tired but it's an excited tired. Can't wait for all to be finalized.

Later ~ Joan

hey all...i'm back. welcome all the newbies..
goddess- hope that baby comes soon
lbh- hope you guys dry out up there..just box the water up and send it down to this drought ridden state (:
MJ - back away from the dew LOL...and you mean you didn't get the man. I fexex'd him last week. He should have been there by now. I'll have to go check the tracking number...lmao
okay so today i'm in much much better moods. First i ate almost perfect today. I did break down and have some chocolate..but overall i actually ate well today. Second...the work issue was solved. I sat down with my boss and explained to him how i felt about the receptionist. He told me to listen to what she has to say, and if i didn't get a good feeling afterwards, then the decision was left up to me. Well we talked, she apologized for loosing her cool the other day...but essentially she still thinks all the stuff she did in the past wasn't wrong. She still didn't hear a word of what i had to say..and worse off she didn't ask for ways that if she stayed would improve her work. So at the end i talked to my boss and told him i still didn't feel good about her discussion and still felt that she doesn't feel she's ever wrong and i'm worried about how she will be around clients and talking on the phone. He agreed (since he was in the meeting with us)...and he let her go. Big relief off all ours backs. So today, i feel GREAT! I had a good day of work, slow surgery day but lots of drop off cases that kept me busy for a while. Then i left at 4 and spent 3 hours at the barn (DH is out of town). I had an awsome ride and got some of my tack preped for my horse show on Sat. It was such a relaxing night...i loved it. I'm bakc and out of my dumpy depression i had going for a few days. Hopefully i'll keep up the good work with the food. I have to make up for lost time. Hope everyone has a beautiful night...off to be motivated and clean up the house some...bye

Good Evening!!! Have a second before bedtime so decided to write when I had more time...
Let's see--Sheila--I was diagnosed as Insulin Resistant back in August so I follow the IR diet(book) and was put on byetta and Welbutrin XL for "issues" and lost 29lbs since August without much effort..I would lose better if I excercised...I think I may lower my goal weight--I don't know since I am a 32B now and can wear my 15 y/o's bras! I have the support socks/stockings and when I take the time to wear them, I feel great...Thanks for the reminder!!!!

Milagro--We are early birds together--well I am early but U R normal I guess!!!

GG-Glad U caught up on sleep!!! I did that over the weekend after my body just puttered out...I think we all need to catch up...

Welcome Emma's mom!!! We have a kid thread also if U can find it..We are all here for U!!!

Lisa--DH massages my feet and legs all the time..I fall asleep when he does it so I think he will stop..Of course he does it naked????hmmmmm..Is that suppose to be a hint???hahaha
Lauren--and everyone else in those areas--Take care..Stay clear of the water!! Glad U R ok!!!
Hanna--have fun with the puppies!!!
Karen--why do punishments/timeouts hurt us?????Hmmm must be a better way!!!!

Grandma Michelle!!! Is she here yet????

Michelle--What is Kailey's Zyrtec dose? My Kaylee is on 6 ml--She is 4 y/o..I give it right before bedtime and she skips the wild phase before the crashout!! If I dont give it nightly--she breaks out from tomatoes, etc..Had a bad reaction from Shrimp so that is out..We have real sinus issues when we skip a dose..Have been on it for 2 years now..Miracle drug for us...We have to give it nightly to get the full benefits esp this time of the year..It doesnt work for her on an "as needed" basis.... Of course, now this week she is on Augmentin for an ear infection, but that is another issue...
Karyn--Hope the baby is better!!!!
Ok--IJoan--U asked for it---

Hello to all!! My tub is calling and so is the bed!!!!!

RR, wow TMI Girl!!!! That is not an image that I need in my head. Of course I would like it if I had someone to rub my feet and legs ~ they wouldn't have to be neeked. (would help though)

Joan, congrats on things running smoothly with the houses. There thats the kick butt u requested for gettng back into the swing of eatng right and exersizing. Hope it helps.

GG, I am glad that you could be the voice of reason at your workplace. I know it was dicey for a while, but sooner or later cooler heads had to prevail, I am just glad it was sooner.

Michelle, Are you a Gma yet? I am sure Jessica wants this baby to come yesterday, and your nerves would have to agree. If baby girl hasn't arrived yet, hold on she will soon enough.

MJ, You drink watered down WalMart version of MD? Girl switch to Diet Dew. Or Wal Mart has great flavored water. I particularly like the tropical flavors. You won't be bouncing all over the place.

Karen & Lauren, try to stay dry.

RX are ya still there?

to everyone I missed.

Lisa
