I have a friend that wants to do MRC... she is over 200. Does that mean she starts with the beige menu and then moves on to the green?
And would someone be nice enough to send me the beige menu?
The beige menu is like the green with a few differences. If she is trying it on her own. She can take the info on your green one, increase the protein to 6 oz, HNS to 3-5 per day. A few other differences but it is basically the same. She would start with the preconditioning, then beige after reaching 200 lbs. Stays on green until reaching her goal weight.
I am on the beige menu....I can fax it to you if you would like, but would have to do it tomorrow...I dont have it here at work with me ( The difference is instead of 4oz of protein you have 6oz. Let me know.

The protein is the only food difference. You also have a HNS with Supper so it is required 3 HNS drinks (one at each meal) and you can add 2 more. You do this after Pre-conditioning until you weigh under 200#s then start the green menu
