I've been researching diets and I wanted to see what others have had success with. I would like to lose 20lbs by Aug 3rd. I know it's going to be tough....but I also want to do it in a healthy way. I plan to go to the gym 6 days a week but I need a diet to follow. Any suggestions? I've been looking into the 6 week body makeover diet...I've lose 15 pounds in 3 weeks with this diet in the past. Has anyone else tried a diet that gave quick results but was also healthy?
I don't know the best way to lose weight either . . . but my DR has been telling me to limit carbs and eat healthy foods and little to no processed foods. I haven't been able to really put together a plan.
I wish there were a resource that would make menu's/recipes easy!
