Breakfast: Meatless breakfast patty
onion bagel w/ff cream cheese
2 cups coffee w/flavored creamer
a donut
a snack size bag of Fritos
a grapefruit
4 Harvest Bakery crackers
(am drinking my 64 oz bottle of water, too, guzzling through out the day, not sure where to put that?)
Lunch: 1 can Italian Wedding soup (i like my homemade version better)
4 ff Ry Krisp crackers
1 red pear
1 can LaCroix (wild cherry)
Mom has invited me over for roast beef sammiches for dindin, so I will add to this tomorrow.
