JG you are just doing a great job! I took a quick look at your blog where you posted how your body drops weight. Mine does the same kind of pattern. It will stay steady steady drop go back up and then drop a couple more times and then hang steady for a while. Knowing this helps to keep me from feeling too frustrated by all those little fluctuations. My fitday chart over a year looks crazy but the overall trend is still downward.

Again, congratulations you must really feel wonderful about this accomplishment!

Thank you for the support, LWL!

More photos just posted...found better comparison shot.

I do feel good. I found my rhythm with my intake, found my love of training, so I am for now on autopilot.

I'd like to see 199 by Christmas, but 220-230 would make me happy. Some at the gym have suggested based on my muscle mass, 220 will be "fit" for me, so instead of expecting to end up weighing 140-160, I may be more like 190-210 or so and be small. My recent shots are of me at a now too big size 18, but 16 too small. So, I could theoretically be an 8/10 at a higher weight, depending.... Anyway, only goal is best I can be : ) ...which will always be pretty dang great ; )
