I'll go for 800 minutes. I'd like to actually make my goal... I always have such high hopes at the beginning of the month, which usually results in not meeting my ambitious goals!!

960 mins of cardio 600 mins of weights/exercise 1560 mins of total times to be spent working out! that’s only 60 mins of cardio 4 times a week and 30 mins of weights/exercise 5 times a week… I CAN DO IT! I have 43200 mins to choose from! CHOOSE WISLEY!
