I need a fresh start. Hope you don't mind me jumping in here. I need to do 1000 cardio, 400 strength, and 300 yoga/pilates. I'm going on vacation for 8 days, so hopefully this will be enough to keep me on program while beaching it!

This month my goals are to be consistent. I'm hoping to average cardio 30 mins per day, strength 30 mins 3 times per week and stretching 10 minutes per day. Of course this gives me a little bit of wiggle room so I can make it up fairly easily if I miss a day here or there.

Okay, so I honestly dissapeared during the Month of November. I'm vowing that I'm going to do better in December. I actually started back working out today, and I feel a little bit better. For some reason November just wasn't a good month. I ate out A LOT, and didn't work out one teeny tiny bit. I think what I"m going to do is I'm going to set this forum up so it emails me everytime someone adds something new, to kind of keep reminding me to WORK out!!! So here goes nothing....
As of the 10th I am adding in 10 glasses of water a day. So my water goal is going to be 210 glasses of water. We'll see how it goes. Plus I am going to start getting up 15 minutes earlier every day to do the 1st 10 minutes of the Turbo Jam Ab Jam before work.
Yeah, I didn't participate in this in November either, and that resulted in 0 minutes of exercise the WHOLE MONTH!
My goal for December is 1500 minutes. It's a challenge, but I have 3 weeks off for Christmas, so I'll have lots of time on my hands. Here we go!

November didn't go so well; I have a hard time doing these challenges. But it was suggested to me that I could simply set a goal of "number of times/week" instead of minutes or miles, which gives me a bit more flexibility. So.
