S - Lite jelly
S - 2 thin rice cakes w/vegemite, Tamar Valley greek yogurt
D - Ginger/Soy Chicken breast w/brown rice & vegies
S - Mango
Exercise - 20 min walking the dogs, 40 min yoga
Already had breakfast - very nice, easy and low fat. If I stay on track today with no naughty additions I will be back on track for the week
