B - 1 whole boiled egg and extra boiled egg white, slice wholemeal toast w/vegemite, V8 Cleanse juice, coffee
S - Apple, green tea L - MD's Tandoori Deli Choice Roll S - Lite jelly S - 2 thin rice cakes w/vegemite, Tamar Valley greek yogurt D - Ginger/Soy Chicken breast w/brown rice & vegies S - Mango Exercise - 20 min walking the dogs, 40 min yoga Already had breakfast - very nice, easy and low fat. If I stay on track today with no naughty additions I will be back on track for the week ;) |
B: Low Cal Zucchini Muffin
L: Scrambled Egg Salad with Cheese on Whole Wheat, Green Pepper strips D: Chicken Soup with Wheat Egg Noodles S: Celery and Peanut Butter WO: Walking 40 minutes Water: 3 Liters Yesterday I stuck to my food and exercise but didn't get enought water. Today I'm hopefully going to do all three :) |
B: spinach and eggwhite omlete, 1% milk
S: almonds L: black beans, rice, carrots S: peach, apple, yogurt D: philly cheese steak sandwiches (my homemade lowfat version) |
