time to take the reigns
i'm sitting here contemplating what i am going to eat next. I just had an energy bar and a coffee and I am planning my next meal. And I am in class-which is worse. thinking about food instead of what is at hand. oh yeah - and photos - looking at people online and skinny actresses - and like - wow I could never look like that. BUT I COULD if i didnt' freaking OBSESS about food and ate 1500 cals a day instead of Whatever it is I am eating.
So i think I have to give in, start cal counting and journaling, as well as my excersize. NO more slow poking for me. Now - maybe I should keep looking at people when I get down and obsess about food that willl eb there, though my youth will not.
