We like to shake it up every so often. 3 days of 1400 cals 2 of 1200 and one of 1800 and it seems like we lose a bit more.

So we give ourselves one meal on the weekends that we SHARE. My wife may wany Ruby Tuesday so we order the Buffalo Chicken Tenders and split them and each get the salad bar. Since we're eating more often now, our food capacity has gotten smaller and we want it to stick like that! If we each ordered something, we'd be in the same boat we were before we started changing our lifestyle!

I go out to dinner with my DH and DD once a week. I wouldn't call it a "free meal" because I eat the same as I do the rest of the week. The only exception is that I share a piece of dessert with DH. I like the way I eat on an everyday basis and feel no need to eat any differently, except I do miss having an occasional sweet. Same thing for me on holidays and birthdays, I eat my "normal" food and allow myself a piece of dessert.
