I hear ya, I do the same thing!!
I found this letter in a mag about learning how not to stress eat. I've just really got to think about it. Am I hungery or does that twinkie just look really yummy

It is gonna be really really hard to re train our minds that we need to eat to live, NOT to live to eat!!!! But if you do fall off the wagon, stand up, dust your self off and get right back on!!! Everyone has weaknesses and eating to much is ours. Find one thing that you would really love to do when you lose weight. I mean something really important to you.
Make a colage of that thought in your head and hang it on the fridge or donut box to remind your self of what your goals are. That really helps me!!!!
And always remember we are always hear to listen and to help each other!!
