YEah, I'm right there with ya! I tried it too, and felt horrible! I was crabby and blah and hated it....I love carbs...just trying to cut back GRADUALLY.....
OMG - You guys are so not alone that's me exactly! lol
I'm looking at it as a challenge! It hasn't been as bad as I expected to give up sweets. I'm starting to add carbs back in this week (fruit, glorious fruit!).
My apartment mate isn't having as much success with it though.
