Hi Ally & Welcome!! Great job on your first 15#, that's a great start!! Now, just keep going! You can do it. I did South Beach for awhile a few years ago, had great success in the beginning but was hard to keep up so now I do calorie counting, it has worked VERY well for me. I am still able to eat whatever I wish, within reason of course. Good luck to you! Remember, water is your friend.. Drink LOTS of it!!
